What we do
Design is not about making something look good; it is about understanding how you will actually live or work in a space before deciding its shape. That leads to a full architectural project, from initial concept through the construction documents the site team needs to build without guessing. We also coordinate the complementary projects, structural and MEP, so they arrive at the site already resolved with each other. This is the branch where most of what is expensive to change later gets decided.

Who it is for
For anyone about to build a home, a commercial space or a development who does not have drawings yet, or has an idea that needs to become a buildable project. Also for anyone renovating an existing space who needs an architectural project behind it.
How it is quoted
Pricing is set by the area to be designed, the complexity of the program and the level of detail the construction documents require. A first conversation about what you need and where the land or building is gives us what we need to quote.

Understanding
We start with questions: what you need, how you use the space, and what constraints the site or building has.
Concept design
We propose floor plans, massing and layout, and refine them with your feedback.
Construction documents
We develop the final drawings together with structural and MEP, already coordinated with each other.
Permits
We manage the building permit once the project documentation is ready.
Handover to site
We pass the complete project to the construction team, with no loose ends to resolve on the fly.
