1. What this site is

This site is informational: it presents Grupo Galarza's services and lets you contact us. It is not a shop: nothing is contracted, firmly quoted or paid for here.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, since the applicable law is Mexican.

2. The information here is not a binding offer

Texts, images, renders and service descriptions are indicative. An architecture project depends on the site, the brief, the permits and the market at the time: any scope, timeline or price is defined in a formal quote and, where applicable, in the corresponding contract.

Published information does not constitute professional advice for your specific case. That requires reviewing your project.

3. Intellectual property

The brand, the isotype, the texts, photographs, renders and the design of this site belong to Grupo Galarza or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.

Quoting the site with attribution and a link, or sharing its pages, is fine.

4. Using the form and WhatsApp

When you write to us you agree to give truthful information and not to use these channels to send unlawful content, spam, malicious code or to impersonate anyone. We may ignore or block messages that break this.

WhatsApp messages are also subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

5. Links to other sites

When we link to third-party sites (social networks, for example) we do it for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
