What we do
That care extends to buildings someone else put up. We handle preventive and corrective maintenance so a property does not deteriorate between projects: scheduled check-ups, targeted repairs, and a team that in many cases already knows the building because it built it. We work with anything from a single home to a full development, with the same in-house supervision and open log we use on construction sites.

Who it is for
Owners already living in their home, developers managing a project, or businesses renting out property who do not want wear and tear to pile up. It also fits clients who built with us and want the same team to keep caring for it, and owners who built elsewhere but are now looking for someone to trust with the upkeep.
How it is quoted
It depends on the size of the property, its current condition, and whether the work is scheduled maintenance or a one-off repair. We walk the property before giving a figure: without seeing it, any number is a guess.
