What we do
Raw land is not worth much until it has roads, drainage, utility networks and lots laid out. We handle that stage: the subdivision plan, the infrastructure and the paperwork with the authorities, with the same in-house supervision we use on site. It is the starting point of the cycle, and the part that is least visible once a development is standing.

Who it is for
For landowners and developers starting from a plot with no infrastructure who need to turn it into buildable or sellable lots. Also for anyone who already has a housing or development project in mind and needs to solve the land first.
How it is quoted
Pricing depends on the size of the plot, its topography, the current state of services in the area and the number of lots the layout produces. We start with a site visit and a review of the legal paperwork before giving any figure.

We define the subdivision and road layout, and process water, drainage and electrical clearances.
Detailed design
We document the full infrastructure: networks, grading, materials and specs ready to build from.
Site development
We build with our own supervision and an open log, from the first earthwork to the finished network.
Lot handover
We deliver lots with services live and paperwork in order, ready for the next step.
